Refund and Rescheduling Architecture

Due to the intimate, curated and digital nature of the services and artifacts provided by The Centered Club, our return and refund policies are strictly defined to protect the integrity of the container and the intellectual property of the brand.

Digital Artifacts (eBooks, Audio Meditations, Digital Passes) 

All sales of digital artifacts and digital passes (such as The Monthly Architect) are final. Once a digital file has been accessed, downloaded or a digital subscription has commenced, the right of withdrawal is permanently lost. These items are strictly non-refundable.

Private Inquiries (Therapy, Somatic Sessions, Intuitive Readings)

 We respect the rhythm of your schedule, but we also fiercely protect our professional time.

·         Rescheduling: You may reschedule your private session without penalty up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time. [Contact: welcome@thecenteredclub.com]

·         Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session, or failure to attend a scheduled session (no-shows) are entirely non-refundable.

Community Gatherings, Retreats and Physical Events

Tickets and passes to our physical events (such as Chapter 0 or The Sojourn) are strictly non-refundable due to the highly curated capacity of our spaces. If you cannot attend, your ticket or pass is non-tranferable.
